He is recognized for his strong ability to implement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in KYC, AML/CFT, and due diligence.
As a passionate educator and trainer, Zeeshan has been actively involved in delivering online courses and conducting training sessions. His expertise covers a wide range of finance topics, including financial accounting, financial management, corporate finance, investments, and capital markets.

Mohsin earned his LL.B in 2005, followed by a Master of Business Administration (Finance & Accounts) in 2006. His career began in 2001 at a tax consultancy firm, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience and secured his license as an Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) in 2003, issued by the Regional Commissioner of Income Tax.
After seven successful years at the consultancy firm, Mohsin joined a reputable mutual fund company in 2008, managing their tax matters. During this time, he also laid the foundation for his own accounting and tax consultancy practice, which he nurtured part-time.
Over the years, Mohsin's practice has flourished, driven by the trust and referrals of satisfied clients—a testament to his dedication and expertise. Beyond leading H&M Consultants, he currently serves as the Head of Finance & Taxation at a prominent Recycling & Eco-Waste Management Company, demonstrating his broad understanding of financial management across diverse industries.
